Customized Training Reflecting Internal Staff Needs... Efforts to Enhance Training Effectiveness

Korea National Oil Corporation (President Kim Dongseob) conducted integrity training at its Ulsan headquarters under the supervision of Standing Auditor Park Gongwoo to foster integrity awareness and strengthen anti-corruption capabilities.

Park Gongu, Standing Auditor of Korea National Oil Corporation, is giving a lecture on integrity to all employees.

Prior to this training, Standing Auditor Park Gongwoo personally visited nine storage sites, including the Ulsan and Yeosu branches, to deliver lectures on safety and integrity to promote a safe working environment and spread a culture of integrity. On this day, he gave his final lecture to all headquarters employees, marking the 10th 'Integrity Communication Session.'

The training focused on topics such as ▲safety management ▲the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act ▲prevention of workplace abuse ▲reporting channels ▲and the role of audits.

In particular, quizzes and case studies were used to encourage interactive, participation-centered learning with internal members, making it easier to understand the training content.

Park Gongwoo, Standing Auditor of Korea National Oil Corporation, emphasized that "the integrity of public institutions is an essential requirement for gaining the trust of the people," and stated, "Recognizing and preventing the risks of corruption in advance is the most important factor."

In his inaugural address last year, Standing Auditor Park Gongwoo presented his audit management philosophy as 'harmony and consideration among employees, establishing systems for efficient work, and shifting to preventive audits.' Since taking office, he has actively promoted various anti-corruption and integrity activities, including holding extensive communication meetings with employees ranging from the MZ generation to department heads.
