On-site Communication at Local Traditional Markets Until the 13th

Jin Gyo-hoon, the mayor of Gangseo District, visited Bangsin Traditional Market in Banghwa-dong on the 11th ahead of the Chuseok holiday to attend to the livelihood of the people. Mayor Jin visited various stores within the market, extended holiday greetings to the merchants, and listened to their difficulties, encouraging those struggling due to the economic downturn.
He purchased food items such as apples, songpyeon, and roasted seaweed while checking the prices on site. He also engaged in conversations with residents shopping for holiday necessities, listened to their inconveniences, and responded directly.
He handed out his personal mobile phone number and business card, asking residents to contact him anytime if they had any inconveniences. Mayor Jin said, “I visited the site to hear the voices of market merchants and residents ahead of the Chuseok holiday,” adding, “We will implement various policies to stabilize prices and revitalize the local economy.”
On the 12th, Mayor Jin will visit Nambu Golmok Market and Kkachisan Market, and on the 13th, he will visit Hwagok Central Market, Songhwa Mural Market, and Hwagok Bon-dong Market consecutively.
