Ottogi has once again partnered with the seaweed soup specialty restaurant 'Cheongdam Miyeok' to release Beef Short Rib Seaweed Soup. Previously, Ottogi launched 'Cheongdam Miyeok Gajami Miyeokguk,' a convenient meal version of Cheongdam Miyeok's signature dish in 2022, and this time, they are presenting their second seaweed soup product as a Restaurant Meal Ready-to-eat (RMR). Dongwon F&B collaborated with NongHyup Economic Holdings to launch Buckwheat Dumplings. The product features 100% Jeju Island buckwheat. Seven Eleven has released two new 'Seven Select Signature' bakery products that upgrade the taste and quality beyond their existing premium bakery line.

'Deep and Rich Umami Beef Short Rib Seaweed Soup

Ottogi collaborated with 'Cheongdam Miyeok' to launch Beef Short Rib Seaweed Soup as a Restaurant Meal Ready-to-eat (RMR). The newly introduced Cheongdam Miyeok Beef Short Rib Seaweed Soup uses clam broth, carefully brewed from fresh clams, to enhance the flavor. It features a deep and rich soup taste by blending Ottogi sesame oil and perilla oil. For ease of consumption, tender boneless beef short ribs are included, and stir-fried chewy seaweed and cut seaweed in sesame oil add a savory aroma and texture. The new product is available for purchase through various online channels, including the official online store 'Ottogi Mall' and Naver Ottogi Mall.

Buckwheat Dumplings Made with 100% Jeju Buckwheat

Dongwon F&B partnered with NongHyup Economic Holdings to launch 'Buckwheat Dumplings' utilizing Jeju Island specialties. The buckwheat dumplings are made with 100% Jeju buckwheat, allowing consumers to enjoy the unique aroma and nutty flavor of buckwheat. The dumpling filling is packed with 100% domestically sourced pork, cabbage, chives, green onions, and various natural ingredients, harmonizing perfectly with the chewy dumpling skin. The buckwheat dumplings can be prepared as steamed or pan-fried dumplings, and thanks to the thin dumpling skin, they can be cooked thoroughly in an air fryer in just 10 minutes for convenient enjoyment. Buckwheat dumplings are available nationwide at NongHyup Hanaro Mart stores.

Seven Eleven Launches Seven Select Signature Products

Seven Eleven has launched 'Seven Select Maron Walnut Red Bean Bread' and 'Seven Select Vanilla Bean Cream Puff Bread' as part of the Seven Select Signature line. The Maron Walnut Red Bean Bread is a premium handmade whole red bean bread featuring a balanced texture of unsweetened whole red beans and nuts. It contains 15% maron dice and 9% walnut nuts in the red bean paste and uses Belgian glaze, giving the bread a shiny bakery-like finish. The Vanilla Bean Cream Puff Bread is a premium handmade cream puff bread with black vanilla bean seeds embedded in the cream, made with real vanilla beans and Belgian glaze. Along with the launch of the Seven Select Signature new products, Seven Eleven is also exclusively importing and introducing two new castella products from Japan’s Sweet Factory: 'Hunwari Milk Castella' and 'Hokkaido Banana Castella.'
