Why Did IT Entrepreneur Visit His Alma Mater? Lee Hyunho, CEO of GlobalTopNet, Donates 5 Million Won to Soccer Team

Lee Hyunho, CEO of the IT company GlobalTopNet based in Busan, visited his alma mater Haedong Elementary School and generously donated 5 million KRW as a development fund to the school's soccer team.

Lee Hyunho, a second graduating member of the school's soccer team, stated that he prepared the fund to support the growth of his junior soccer players.

He said, "I hope there will no longer be students who have to give up their dreams of playing soccer due to financial difficulties like I once did," and added, "Although it is a small contribution, I hope it helps the school's soccer team grow in a better environment."

Kim Sunghwan, coach of the Haedong Elementary School soccer team, expressed his gratitude by saying, "Lee Hyunho's valuable donation will be a great source of strength for the children," and, "I will dedicate myself to the development of the soccer team."

Haedong Elementary School's soccer team is the only official soccer fostering school among elementary, middle, and high schools under the Haeundae Office of Education, playing a key role in nurturing soccer talent in the region. The development fund will be used for purchasing soccer equipment and improving training facilities.
