Baesangmyeon Brewery Opens First Hanok Store of 'Neurin Maeul Brewery' in Daehakro

Opened in Myeongnyun 2-ga, Jongno-gu, Seoul

Bae Sang-myeon Brewery announced on the 10th that it has opened the first Hanok store of 'Neurin Maeul Brewery' in Daehak-ro.

The Daehak-ro branch, located in Myeongnyun 2-ga, Jongno-gu, Seoul, is designed to highlight the characteristics of a 'ㅁ'-shaped Hanok. The central ceiling features a large window, allowing customers to enjoy Makgeolli with charm not only on clear days but also when it is snowing or raining. To commemorate the opening of the Daehak-ro branch, Bae Sang-myeon Brewery held various promotions, including unlimited Neurin Maeul Makgeolli for 2 hours and Neurin Maeul goods giveaways for the first 100 customers.

Bae Sang-myeon Brewery opened its first Neurin Maeul Brewery in Yangjae-dong, Seoul, in 2010. The franchise business started in 2016, and currently, there are 14 branches including the directly managed Yangjae main branch, Gangnam branch, Chungjeongno branch, Jeju City Hall branch, and Incheon Hogupo Station branch. New openings are scheduled nationwide this fall, including in Pangyo, Seosan, Suncheon, as well as Gwangju, Yongin, Busan, and Ulsan.

Neurin Maeul Brewery is a brewery and pub where customers can enjoy fresh draft Makgeolli brewed on-site. Like the commercial Neurin Maeul Makgeolli, the brewery produces Makgeolli using only rice, nuruk, and water without any artificial sweeteners. Additionally, it offers a variety of Bae Sang-myeon Brewery’s liquors and seasonal menus, presenting unique brewery foods.
