The Yeongju City Out-of-School Youth Support Center in North Gyeongsang Province (Director Kim Geumju) held the "Glamping GO with Teachers" teacher-student bonding program on the 6th together with the Kkumdream Learning Support Team.
This teacher-student bonding program was organized at Santa Camping Site in Hyeopgokgubi Village to allow out-of-school youth who took the qualification exam last August to express their gratitude to the teachers of the Learning Support Team and to foster close relationships.
Learning Support Team teacher Jang Jinwon said, "It was a meaningful time where we could share the bond between teachers and students and feel closer to each other by participating in various activities together at a glamping site, not just in a study room, with out-of-school youth."
Director Kim Geumju stated, "I would like to express my gratitude to the teachers of the Learning Support Team who always work hard for out-of-school youth," and added, "We will continue to strive to provide various programs for out-of-school youth in the future."
The Kkumdream (Kkum=Dream, Dream as in 'to give a dream') Learning Support Team at the Yeongju City Out-of-School Youth Support Center provides customized support to out-of-school youth, including basic learning, qualification exam subjects, university entrance exam and CSAT preparation according to individual learning needs, as well as counseling, health promotion, employment, and self-reliance support services, so that they can successfully return to their studies or enter society.
Yeongju City Out-of-School Youth Support Center is conducting the teacher-student joint program 'Teacher and Glamping GO' and taking a commemorative photo.
