For Expectant and Parenting Parents

The Cheongsong-gun Mental Health Welfare Center in North Gyeongsang Province operated the psychological support service program "Welcome, Is This Your First Time as Mom and Dad?" on the 3rd, targeting public officials of Cheongsong-gun who are expectant parents or currently raising children.

This program was designed to prevent mental health risk factors such as depression and stress that expectant parents may experience due to the burden of parenting when faced with new environments such as marriage, pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare.

The main components included self-assessment of mental health, newborn care, prenatal care, prevention of postpartum depression, infant and toddler emergency care education, psychological support, and healing programs.
