Hanyang, Gimpo Bukbyeon 4 District 'Hangang Sujain Obseunteu' Model House Opens on the 6th

Up to 35 Floors, Large Complex with 3,058 Units
Special Supply on the 19th, First Priority on the 20th

Hanyang opened the model house for 'Hangang Sujain Obcent,' supplied through the redevelopment of Bukbyeon 4 District in Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi Province, on the 6th, officially starting the sales.

Hangang Sujain Obcent is a large complex consisting of 3,058 households across 29 buildings, ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, located at 184 Bukbyeon-dong, Gimpo-si. Among these, 2,116 units are for general sale, with the exclusive area distribution as follows: ▲50㎡ 65 units ▲59㎡ 1,150 units ▲76㎡ 435 units ▲84㎡ 316 units ▲90㎡ 24 units ▲103㎡ 126 units.


Hanyang applied the highest level of product design among all Sujain brand complexes to Hangang Sujain Obcent. The landmark value was enhanced through specialized exterior designs such as a sky lounge, curtain wall look, and rooftop landmark sculptures. The design and construction were entrusted to Samsung C&T Resort Division’s Green Space Solution Team to introduce premium landscaping.


The community facilities within the complex will be the largest in Gimpo, with a total of 46 locations. Sports facilities include an indoor gymnasium, climbing wall, large-scale fitness center, golf practice range with screen golf and putting green, as well as the latest trend facilities such as a private cinema, cooking studio, and party room. Additionally, there will be a small library, reading room, family cafe, and kids cafe.


The interior features also attract attention. The floor plans are composed of 15 types ranging from 50㎡ to 103㎡, broadening choices for buyers. The design mainly features 4-bay slab-type layouts and applies a coffered ceiling with a maximum height of 2.47m to enhance openness. Variable walls that allow expanding the living room or combining rooms maximize space utilization. Each type also includes features such as entrance and corridor pantries, master bedroom dressing rooms, and alpha rooms to increase storage space.


Residential convenience is also emphasized. The complex will introduce vehicle number recognition systems inside and outside, automatic air quality ventilation systems, air showers, smart one-pass systems, fine dust reduction devices inside elevators, and air-purifying ventilation systems inside the units. Additionally, storage rooms will be provided for all households, and expandable parking spaces will be introduced.

Special supply applications begin on the 19th, followed by first-priority applications on the 20th and second-priority applications on the 23rd. Winners will be announced on the 27th of the same month, and official contracts will be signed over five days from the 8th to the 12th of the following month.


First-priority applicants must be at least 19 years old, have held a subscription account for at least 12 months, and meet the deposit requirements by region and area. Residents of Gimpo-si and the metropolitan area (Gyeonggi, Seoul, Incheon) can apply regardless of the number of homes they own. The resale restriction period is six months from the announcement date of winners, and there is no mandatory residence period.


Hangang Sujain Obcent is located in an ultra-station area close to Geolpobukbyeon Station on the Gimpo Gold Line, offering excellent access to Seoul. Geolpobukbyeon Station is expected to become a double station area with the planned extension of Incheon Line 2 to Goyang. Nearby, the Seoul Line 5 extension Gamjeong Station (tentative name, planned) and the metropolitan wide-area express railway (GTX) Line D are also planned, further enhancing transportation convenience.


The complex will be developed as a ‘forest zone’ apartment embracing Bukbyeon Park, a large park of approximately 35,000㎡ (about 10,000 pyeong). A road connecting the complex to Bukbyeon Park will be constructed to improve accessibility.


A Hanyang official stated, “As the flagship apartment in the Bukbyeon and Geolpo areas, which are emerging residential districts in Gimpo, it will become a landmark not only in Gimpo but also in the southwestern Hangang area. Expectations for the sales are high due to its overwhelming scale, excellent location, outstanding product quality, and high future value.”
