Online and Offline Labor Consulting Support for 200 Small and Medium Business Owners on a First-Come, First-Served Basis
Applications Accepted from the 6th on the Dongban Seongjang Committee Website

The Win-Win Growth Committee and Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baedal Minjok (Baemin), will recruit companies for the 'Elegant Labor Troubleshooter - Labor Consulting Support Project' for small and medium-sized merchants starting from the 6th.

Dongbanwi-Woowa Brothers, Free Labor Consulting Support for Small and Medium Merchants

The 'Elegant Labor Troubleshooter' support project is a labor consulting support initiative aimed at resolving management difficulties and improving productivity for small and medium-sized merchants. In this recruitment, 200 companies will be supported free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The consulting scope includes general labor matters such as employment contracts, wages, retirement, and response strategies for the expanded application of the Serious Accident Punishment Act.


This project expands the support target to include micro small and medium-sized merchants and small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in suitable industries and industries under win-win agreements, based on the cooperation with the Win-Win Growth Committee, from the small business support activities Baemin has been conducting since last year.


Small and medium-sized merchants wishing to participate in the consulting can apply simply via the link provided on the Win-Win Growth Committee website and KakaoTalk channel from the 6th to the 27th for three weeks on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no separate requirements for support, and small and medium-sized enterprises and small merchants nationwide can participate.


After selection, a certified labor attorney affiliated with the Korea Certified Labor Attorneys Association will conduct 1:1 consulting on individual labor difficulties pre-registered either through visits or phone calls, and a labor consultation casebook will also be provided.
