On this day, Oksan IMT added warmth to the event by donating 20 million KRW to the Haman County Scholarship Foundation for the cultivation of local talent.
Founded in 1995, Oksan IMT specializes in the production of industrial machinery and operates its headquarters and two manufacturing plants in Gaya-eup, Haman. The company has expanded its business into factory automation equipment and secondary battery equipment, increasing export volume not only to meet domestic demand but also by establishing subsidiaries in Vietnam and Hungary. As a result, it signed an investment agreement with Haman County for factory expansion on January 16 and proceeded with the project, leading to the completion ceremony on this day.
Oksan IMT invested 3.9 billion KRW and, through the expansion, built state-of-the-art buildings and facilities, expecting this to be a great opportunity for the company to take a further leap forward by creating 28 new jobs.
CEO Jo stated, "With the help of Haman County, we were able to achieve our long-awaited project of expanding the factory and establishing new facilities," and added, "We will continue to strive to contribute to revitalizing the local economy and creating jobs."
Governor Jo said, "We will continue to do our utmost to provide administrative and financial support to solve the difficulties faced by companies and to create the best possible environment for doing business."
