Mayor Lee Jae-jun: "Supporting Suwon's Great Transformation through Regulatory Innovation"

Suwon Mayor Lee Jae-jun is speaking during a dialogue with citizens on the 4th.

Lee Jae-jun, Mayor of Suwon, stated at the Paldal-gu district '2024 Saebit Meeting' that "the great transformation of Suwon will be supported by regulatory innovation."

At the 2024 Saebit Meeting held on the 4th at the Jeongjo Theme Performance Hall in the Paldal-gu district, Mayor Lee emphasized, "We will optimize urban space through spatial transformation, revitalize the local economy through economic transformation, and stabilize the residential environment through lifestyle transformation."

The 2024 Saebit Meeting is an event where Mayor Lee Jae-jun visits the districts of Gwonseon, Yeongtong, Jangan, and Paldal to explain major city administration plans and key projects in each district, and engage in dialogue with citizens.

The Paldal-gu district Saebit Meeting is held three times from the 4th to the 6th at the Jeongjo Theme Performance Hall. Mayor Lee meets residents of Godeung-dong, Hwaseo 1 and 2-dong on the 4th; Haenggung, Maegyo, Maesan, and Jidong on the 5th; and Wuman 1 and 2, and Ingye-dong on the 6th.

Mayor Lee promised, "The city that citizens dream of is the same city that Suwon aspires to be," adding, "Through Suwon's great transformation and innovation in people's livelihoods, we will make the city that citizens dream of a reality." He also introduced policies and projects to support spatial, economic, and lifestyle transformations.

During the meeting with residents of Godeung-dong and Hwaseo 1 and 2-dong on that day, Mayor Lee explained key projects including ▲ Paldal 3 District Housing Redevelopment ▲ Relocation and reconstruction of the Godeung-dong Municipal Daycare Center ▲ Installation of road heating cables on steep slopes in Hwaseo 1-dong ▲ Complex development of the Hwaseo Station public parking lot site.
