Hezbollah Fires 65 Rockets into Northern Israel

Lebanese militant group Hezbollah fired dozens of rockets into Israel, the Times of Israel reported on the 4th (local time).

The Israeli military stated that 65 projectiles were launched from southern Lebanese territory during the day, and a significant number of them were intercepted. Some rockets and debris fell in Kiryat Shmona in northern Israel, causing fires in residential areas, but no casualties have been reported.

Hezbollah declared that it bombed Israeli military targets. The Israeli military announced that it is conducting retaliatory strikes on Hezbollah facilities in southern Lebanon.
