KB Kookmin Bank's mobile banking application 'KB Star Banking' experienced access delays due to a computer system failure.
According to KB Kookmin Bank on the 4th, access delays were confirmed to have occurred from around 10 a.m. that day. As of 2:10 p.m., access is operating smoothly.
A KB Kookmin Bank official said, "It appears to be due to a temporary surge in users, but the exact cause is still being investigated."
