Joint Meeting on Educational Policy with Superintendent Seogeo-seok
The Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education (Superintendent Seo Geoseok) announced on the 3rd that it held the 'Jeonbuk Parents' Association Council - School Operation Committee Chairpersons Council Education Policy Meeting' in the Creative Narae Room 2 of the Office of Education.
This education policy meeting was the first joint event hosted by the two representative parent organizations, aimed at strengthening communication between the two councils and enhancing policy sharing and cooperation with the provincial Office of Education.

The meeting was attended by a total of about 40 people, including 28 chairpersons of the Parents' Association and School Operation Committee councils from city and county areas. The voices from the school field were conveyed without omission, and Superintendent Seo Geoseok responded to every question one by one, conducting the meeting with sincerity and enthusiasm throughout.
Jung Yumi, Chairperson of the Jeonbuk Parents' Association Council, said, "I once again felt that the Office of Education is making efforts to improve the educational environment and expand parents' participation in schools," adding, "I hope that communication between parents and the Office of Education will expand and close cooperation will be achieved."
Choi Jeongyeol, Chairperson of the Jeonbuk School Operation Committee Chairpersons Council, stated, "This was a meaningful occasion to reaffirm the role of the School Operation Committee and to jointly consider regional educational development with schools, parents, and the Office of Education," and added, "We will continue to strengthen cooperation with the Parents' Association Council."
Superintendent Seo Geoseok said, "It was a meaningful time to directly hear the vivid opinions of the parents' association chairpersons and school operation committee chairpersons and to discuss the direction of Jeonbuk education together," and added, "We will actively reflect the opinions of the Parents' Association and School Operation Committee in education policies to further improve the quality of education in Jeonbuk."
