Dongseo University and Seoul Media Graduate University Sign Business Agreement

Dongseo University and Seoul Media Graduate University have joined hands to establish a sustainable cooperative system for nurturing future talent.

Dongseo University and Seoul Media Graduate University Sign Business Agreement Dongseo University and Seoul Media Graduate School joined hands to establish a cooperative system for nurturing future talents.

The two institutions recently signed a memorandum of understanding at the Global Room in Dongseo University's New Millennium Hall, pledging to collaborate in various fields with the goal of fostering next-generation convergence talent and enhancing global competitiveness.


The signing ceremony was attended by Dongseo University President Jang Jeguk, Vice President for Academic Affairs Nam Hosu, Graduate School Dean Lim Hyotaek, International College Dean Kim Heekyung, as well as Seoul Media Graduate University President Han Hee, Special Professor Kim Yongchae, and Professor Lee Donghwan from the Department of Art and Design, among other key officials.


Through this agreement, the two universities have agreed to cooperate in the following areas: ▲ educational and research collaboration for nurturing next-generation convergence talent ▲ sharing the geographical advantages of regions concentrated in the broadcasting and media industry ▲ joint development and operation of degree programs.


Jang Jeguk, President of Dongseo University, said, "Dongseo University boasts comprehensive education and excellent infrastructure in the media field," and added, "Through this agreement, I hope both institutions can leverage their geographical advantages to contribute to the development of Korea's media industry."


Han Hee, President of Seoul Media Graduate University, emphasized, "Our university specializes in convergence and entrepreneurship-centered education in the fields of art, engineering, and business," and continued, "Through cooperation with Dongseo University, we will contribute to nurturing convergence talent that creates value."


Going forward, the two universities plan to continue nurturing talent to lead the future media industry based on comprehensive education and excellent facility infrastructure in the media field, and to establish a joint system to strengthen global competitiveness.
