Dong-Eui University Startup Incubation Center Hosts 'Yeongnam Region Content Startup Networking' Event

2024 SSS (Startup Synergy Summit) in Yeongnam

The Dong-Eui University Startup Incubation Center (Director Park Youngdo) hosted the networking event "2024 Startup Synergy Summit in Yeongnam" from August 29 to 30 at the Homers Hotel in Gwangalli, Busan, to promote the growth and collaboration of startups in the content sector.

This event was part of the "2024 Idea Commercialization Support Project" by the Korea Creative Content Agency and was jointly organized by four startup support organizations in the Yeongnam region: Dong-Eui University Startup Incubation Center, Dongseo University, Ulsan Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, and Pohang United Technology Holdings. More than 50 startups and prospective entrepreneurs selected for the support project in the content field participated.


On the first day, the event featured the sharing of successful startup stories by senior entrepreneurs, a special lecture on content marketing, and customized one-on-one mentoring sessions with experts in law, patents, and tax accounting. There were also networking programs and idea pitching sessions where participants exchanged and developed their ideas.


On the second day, each organizing institution ran its own program. Dong-Eui University, together with Dongseo University, supported business coaching for participating companies through programs on IR writing and creative marketing?keys to successful business growth?by providing guidance on IR and marketing strategies for each company.


Park Youngdo, Director of the Dong-Eui University Startup Incubation Center, said, "We have prepared a program where content entrepreneurs in the Yeongnam region can expand opportunities for mutual cooperation and receive various information and support for commercialization through networking. We will continue to actively work to vitalize the regional startup ecosystem through ongoing startup support programs."
