About 40 Participants Including Construction Executives and Employees

More than 40 employees of Gwangju Urban Corporation held a "Life Sharing Love Blood Donation" event on the 30th of last month at the blood donation bus in front of the main entrance of Bitgoeul Customer Center.

Gwangju Urban Corporation held a 'Life Sharing Love Blood Donation' event on the blood donation bus at the main entrance of Bitgoeul Customer Center on the 30th of last month.

The event was organized to address the blood supply shortage caused by the recent continuous decline in blood donors. About 40 employees of the corporation and tenants of Bitgoeul Customer Center rolled up their sleeves to help patients struggling due to the lack of blood.

Gwangju Urban Corporation regularly conducts the 'Life Sharing Love Blood Donation' event every year in the first and second half to stabilize the blood supply. So far, approximately 980 people have participated in blood donations.

Jung Min-gon, President of Gwangju Urban Corporation, said, “We organized this event to help emergency patients as blood supply decreases during the hot summer season,” adding, “We will continue to fulfill the role of a local public enterprise to assist neighbors in need within the blind spots of community welfare.”
