Financial Supervisory Service to Hold Online Recruitment Briefing for Grade 5 General Staff from the 2nd

Recruiters and New Employees Directly Share Recruitment Guidelines and Job Entry Experiences

The Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) announced on the 2nd that it has produced a video for the '2025 Grade 5 Comprehensive Staff Online Recruitment Briefing' to allow anyone to easily access recruitment information online without constraints of time and space.

The online recruitment briefing has been held since 2018 and this year marks its seventh event. Until last year, the cumulative views of the online recruitment briefing videos reached approximately 560,000. The videos can be viewed from today on the FSS's official YouTube and Instagram channels.

The FSS structured the online recruitment briefing video into two parts. The first part features the recruitment officer directly explaining the 2025 recruitment plan. The recruitment officer appears to explain the FSS’s main tasks, recruitment procedures, recruitment scale and schedule, application guidelines, and important notes for applicants.

The second part contains vivid testimonials from new employees hired in 2024. One new employee from each of the management, economics, law, and IT fields shares their job preparation know-how, written exam and interview experiences, and impressions after joining.

The FSS will conduct a video sharing event to allow more viewers to watch the online recruitment briefing, and participants will be provided with small prizes through a lottery.
