On the 30th, at the Jeonju·Iksan Course of Gunsan CC in Jeonbuk (Par 72, 6807 yards), Choi shot a 9-under 63 in the final 2nd round of the KPGA Champions (Senior) Tour Legend Classic Series 4 (total prize money 150 million KRW) to claim the top spot (12-under 132). Choi Ho-seong has accumulated 5 career wins while playing on both the KPGA Tour and the Japan Golf Tour Organization (JGTO). In addition to the KPGA Tour, he is active on three tours including the KPGA Champions Tour and the Japan Senior Tour. He said, "I narrowly finished second last week at the Japan Senior Tour event (Maruhan Cup Taiheiyo Club Senior). To maintain momentum, I didn’t shave during this tournament and prepared myself mentally."

He will participate again in a Japan Senior Tour event next week. "I am always happy and play with a positive mindset because I have seeds on various tours," he added. "While I enjoy competing with younger players on the KPGA Tour, I also have a strong desire to show my presence on competitive tours as a player." Jang Ik-je finished second (11-under 133), and Seok Jong-yul, Park Sung-pil, and Lee Kyu-yoon tied for third (10-under 134).

In the Grand Senior division for players aged 60 and over, held at the same venue on the Gimje·Jeongeup Course (Par 70, 6240 yards) with total prize money of 50 million KRW, Lee Kyung-yeol won (4-under 136). This is his second career win since the last year’s Grand CC Cup KPGA Grand Senior Golf Tournament, with a winner’s prize of 7.5 million KRW.
