SPC Baskin-Robbins announced on the 30th that it will launch the September Flavor of the Month, ‘Wooseoki-do Oegyein,’ which brand model Byeon Woo-seok actively participated in developing, starting from the 1st of next month.

On the 24th, at the 'Workshop by Baskin-Robbins' store, during the September Flavor of the Month event 'Wooseok's Alien Untub Show vol.4,' Baskin-Robbins' 'new researcher' Byeon Wooseok personally explained the process of co-developing the new product, from the planning stage to naming.

This new product is a flavor born from the touch of Byeon Woo-seok, who recently joined as a model. Baskin-Robbins revealed that rookie researcher Byeon Woo-seok showed passion by actively giving detailed opinions on the flavor combination, ratio, and naming during the development process. The September Flavor of the Month, ‘Wooseoki-do Oegyein,’ is a product created by combining Byeon Woo-seok’s two favorite Baskin-Robbins flavors, ‘Mom is an Alien’ and ‘Mint Chocolate Chip.’ The mint ice cream and chocolate ice cream harmonize, while chocolate chips and pretzel balls with a sweet and salty charm add rich texture and a clean yet sweet appeal.

The Flavor of the Month cake, ‘Smile with Wooseok,’ inspired by Byeon Woo-seok’s favorite emoticon, will also be released. It will first be introduced on the 31st as a chef-made cake at ‘Workshop by Baskin-Robbins’ stores, and then expanded to all Baskin-Robbins locations around mid-September. Designed as an iconic cake expressing the eyes and mouth of the smile emoticon, it is sure to catch fans’ attention.

As a dessert of the month, ‘Wooseoki-do Oegyein Macaron’ will be offered, featuring a combination of mint and chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips to enhance texture. Around mid-September, ‘Wooseoki-do Oegyein Sundae’ will also be additionally launched, offering a richer taste with pretzel balls and chocolate chip toppings added to the mint and chocolate ice cream.

A Baskin-Robbins representative said, “This ‘Wooseoki-do Oegyein’ is a special product filled with the passion and ideas of brand model and rookie researcher Byeon Woo-seok,” adding, “Starting with the September Flavor of the Month ‘Wooseoki-do Oegyein,’ we plan to carry out various marketing activities with the brand model, including photo cards and merchandise, so please look forward to it.”

Meanwhile, to celebrate the launch of the Flavor of the Month, Baskin-Robbins will hold ‘September Bera Day’ from the 1st to the 3rd. Customers visiting stores can purchase a pint (9,800 KRW) that can hold three flavors, including the September Flavor of the Month, at a 20% discounted price. Partnership benefits include a 4,000 KRW discount when paying with KakaoPay for quarter sizes (18,500 KRW) or larger, and up to a 5,000 KRW discount when paying with Shinhan Card My Shop.
