Dobong-gu (District Mayor Oh Eon-seok) announced that starting from September 2, it will promote the 'Dobong Residents S.O.S, On-site Civil Complaint Consultation by the District Mayor' at three large supermarkets and five subway stations in the area during commuting hours.

'Dobong Residents S.O.S, On-site Civil Complaint Consultation by the District Mayor' is a civil complaint resolution project where the district mayor personally visits living sites to listen to residents' inconveniences, suggestions, and grievances.

In June, it was conducted at traditional markets, parks, and rivers, receiving and resolving 231 various resident inconveniences.

This time as well, according to the consultation schedule, Mayor Oh Eon-seok will personally visit the sites, accompanied by district and neighborhood executives and staff for prompt action on-site.

The consultations will proceed in the order of subway stations (7:00 AM to 8:30 AM), large supermarkets (4:30 PM to 6:00 PM), and subway stations again (6:00 PM to 7:30 PM).

The detailed schedule is as follows: ▲September 2 - Banghak Station North Exit - Changdong Station Exit 2 (in front of E-Mart) - Changdong Station Exit 2 ▲September 3 - Dobongsan Station Exit 2 (morning) ▲September 4 - Dobong Station Exit 1 - Banghak Station South (in front of Homeplus) - Banghak Station South Ianteradium ▲September 6 - Ssangmun Station Exit 2 (afternoon) ▲September 9 - Ssangmun Station Exit 3 - Changdong Station Exit 1 (in front of Nonghyup Hanaro Mart) - Changdong Station Exit 1.

In addition to face-to-face consultations, the 'Dobong Residents Suggestion Box' next to the civil complaint response booth will be operated during consultation hours to allow residents to freely express their opinions on district administration. Residents with opinions on district affairs can fill out the provided civil complaint application form and place it in the suggestion box.

Among the complaints received through consultations and the suggestion box, simple inconvenience complaints will be answered and handled on-site, while complex complaints will be forwarded to the responsible departments for prompt resolution.

Oh Eon-seok, Mayor of Dobong-gu, said, “Problems cannot be solved without directly experiencing the residents' living environment. To provide administration that residents can truly feel, we will continue on-site communication efforts.”

The district operates the 'Dobong Communication Phone,' where the district mayor personally checks and responds to communications with residents. If you have suggestions, ideas, or grievances about district affairs, you can send a text message to the mayor’s dedicated mobile phone. Reported matters will receive a direct reply via text within three days. Issues requiring long-term review will be separately informed of their progress.
