First Tencent Cloud Day in Korea

Tencent Cloud announced on the 29th that it held the Tencent Cloud Day event on the 27th, showcasing the latest cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) innovation solutions to accelerate business growth.

Tencent Cloud Day was held for the first time in Korea this time, with over 130 employees from Tencent Cloud client companies and industry stakeholders attending.

Tencent Cloud continues to expand its global business by supporting numerous companies in various markets such as Asia, Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. In Korea, it marked its 6th year of market entry this year. Over the past two years, it has recorded rapid growth rates and achieved the highest revenue market share in the region.

This growth was achieved through strong partnerships with domestic companies in the gaming, e-commerce, entertainment, and internet (OTT) sectors. It also provided all-in-one audio and video solutions to a leading domestic e-commerce platform, enabling millions of viewers to watch live commerce broadcasts in real time and interact with hosts.

In the gaming sector, Tencent Cloud continues to collaborate with the Korean industry by providing the EdgeOne edge security acceleration platform to major domestic game titles, supporting players worldwide to enjoy enhanced gaming experiences without latency, as well as offering excellent real-time audio and video communication comprehensive solutions. It also supports the top 20 major game developers in Korea.
