This exploration is designed to provide female students aspiring to become future women entrepreneurs with opportunities to visit advanced business sites and meet local female CEOs, practitioners, and founders, thereby strengthening the students' global capabilities in entrepreneurship and employment.

The exploration team consists of about 50 people, including students (high school and university women) selected for outstanding startup ideas in this year's Future Women Entrepreneurs Development Project's practical startup mentoring program, female CEOs, and participating school teachers.

The students are scheduled to visit startups based on the latest trends in Frankfurt, Germany, such as "Leonardo Impact" (a company providing corporate measurement services through artificial intelligence systems), "Eco Group" (an eco-friendly brand marketing company), as well as entrepreneurship-related institutions like the Mannheim Women Entrepreneurs Leadership Center and Accelerator Frankfurt.

Additionally, they will broaden their horizons and experience cultural diversity through various local cultural explorations, including the startup complex at Heidelberg University and the Offenbach International Leather Fair.

Lee Jeong-han, president of the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association, said, "I hope this exploration will be a meaningful time for students to broaden their international perspectives and find new dreams and hopes," adding, "We will continue to strive to help students grow into women entrepreneurs who can change the world through diverse experiences."

The Future Women Entrepreneurs Development Project is a program promoted by the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association with support from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. Successful female CEOs serve as mentors and conduct "female CEO special lectures," "practical startup mentoring," "female enterprise field explorations," and "global experiences" for high school and university women students.
