Jeon Yun-bae (43), who appeared on SBS's 'Masters of Living' and boasted the number one nationwide earnings in delivery service, has died in a traffic accident.

According to a report by Money Today on the 27th, Jeon passed away early morning on the 26th at a hospital. He had recently been receiving treatment for about a month after a collision with a bus in Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. It was confirmed that the bus driver ran a red light and entered the intersection, hitting Jeon's motorcycle. Jeon, who fell into a coma, underwent two surgeries but ultimately did not regain consciousness. The Yeonsu Police initially charged the bus driver with injury under the Special Act on Traffic Accident Handling, but after Jeon's death, the charge was upgraded to manslaughter. The police are currently investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.

Jeon's fellow delivery worker and YouTuber 'Himssae TV' recalled him on the 26th, saying, "I am heavy-hearted to share this tragic news," and described him as "someone who wanted to give hope by saying during the interview with a bright demeanor, 'I live like this, so you can do it too.'" He added, "He calmly shared his hardships and smiled brightly. That image is still vivid in my mind. I pray that he forgets all his pain and finds happiness in heaven." Currently, SBS has closed the comment section on the 'Masters of Living' video featuring Jeon.

Meanwhile, Jeon became known as the 'Master of Delivery' through a broadcast in June. As a delivery worker with seven years of experience, he worked long hours from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m. without proper meal breaks. His average daily driving distance reached an impressive 200 to 250 km. Mainly delivering in Incheon's Songdo International City, he memorized the entire map and eventually demonstrated the ability to find destinations without using a navigation system.

Notably, he recorded an average of 110 to 120 deliveries per day and earned over 12 million KRW monthly, ranking first nationwide in sales on the delivery platform 'Barogo' in 2022. Jeon attributed his long career as a delivery worker to "first, safety, and second, condition management," emphasizing, "I quit drinking to manage my condition. If you establish your own work routine, you can work as a rider for a long time." Online, many netizens have expressed condolences upon hearing the news, saying things like "Rest in peace," "Such a hardworking person, truly tragic," and "May you find peace there."
