The "Musculoskeletal Disorder Prevention Stretching Campaign" is a newly implemented organizational culture improvement program at Kori Nuclear Power Headquarters this year. It was initiated to promote the health of field workers, prevent accidents, and improve work efficiency.

In the first half of the year, Kori Nuclear Power Headquarters produced its own stretching video composed of movements that all employees could easily follow. The campaign received a great response, leading to its expansion to include resident partner companies.

In particular, the main targets of this campaign are small resident partner companies without dedicated health managers, as well as cleaning and special security workers who are considered high-risk groups for musculoskeletal disorders. Kori Nuclear Power Headquarters will provide each partner company with the self-produced stretching video materials and posters.

Additionally, after conducting on-site training, the headquarters plans to encourage participation by offering small prizes to partner companies and employees with high participation rates.

Lee Gwanghun, Head of Kori Nuclear Power Headquarters, said, "Through this campaign, I hope both our company and our partner companies can prevent musculoskeletal accidents and create a safe workplace and a healthy organizational culture together."
