Applicants must be able to join by January 2025, hold a master's degree or below, and either have graduated in 2024 or be expected to graduate by February 2025. The recruitment process includes application submission, written test, document screening, first interview (a 2-day, 1-night group interview at the Talent Development Center in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province), and a second interview.
