On the 23rd, the Yeonsu Police Station in Incheon reported that a man damaged the window of a Porsche vehicle with a trash can in a restaurant parking lot in Dongchun-dong, Yeonsu-gu, at 12:13 a.m. on the 26th of last month and then fled. Closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage captured a man striking the rear window of the vehicle with a food waste trash can located outside the restaurant parking lot. About an hour later, the same man was seen returning and repeatedly trying to open the driver's door.

After receiving the report, the police checked the CCTV footage and are pursuing the suspect on charges including property damage. A police official stated, "The CCTV footage is dark and the distance is far, so we have not been able to identify the suspect," adding, "We currently estimate the suspect to be a man in his 40s to 50s who was intoxicated."

The victim, Mr. A, also reported the incident to JTBC's 'Sageon Banjang' (Incident Room) the day before. Mr. A said the incident occurred while dining with acquaintances at the restaurant, and when the designated driver they called arrived at the parking lot, the man hurriedly took a taxi and fled. Mr. A stated, "After catching the culprit, I plan to choose a repair shop and claim the repair costs," adding, "I am currently driving with plastic temporarily attached to the rear window." He added, "I am reporting this in hopes that if it is broadcast, it might provide a clue to catching the culprit."
