InscoBi, a subsidiary and a leading budget phone carrier in Korea, Pritelcom (brand name ‘Priti’), announced on the 23rd that it won the Gold Award at the 2024 ICT Awards Korea.
The ICT Awards Korea is a prestigious ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and organized by the Korea Information Science Promotion Association. Every year, it recognizes companies and individuals who have achieved innovative results in the ICT field. Pritelcom received the Gold Award this year in the mobile app and website category, acknowledging its outstanding technology and user experience.
Launched in June 2023, Pritelcom’s app and website significantly enhanced user convenience with a customer-centric, intuitive UI/UX design and innovative features under the concept of an ‘online self-store.’ In particular, it introduced an AI-based personalized recommendation system to provide customized services for customers. Real-time customer support chatbots enable prompt inquiry responses.
Additionally, to strengthen security, biometric authentication login was implemented, and data encryption technology was applied to ensure thorough protection of customer information. Alongside this, a cloud-based scalable system architecture was established to provide stable service delivery.
A Pritelcom representative said, “We are pleased that our contribution to the rapid increase of budget phone users at reasonable costs and the popularization of non-face-to-face activation has been recognized. We will continue to focus on developing customer-centered services.”
Meanwhile, leveraging this award as a milestone, Pritelcom plans to further enhance the functions of its app and website, actively adopt next-generation technologies such as AI-based customer behavior analysis for expanding personalized services, and introduce strengthened customer support systems to accelerate digital innovation. In addition, as part of strengthening ESG management, it will actively promote eco-friendly plans and used phone recycling programs through the app and revamp the website to make it easier to find tailored plan information for vulnerable groups.
