Hana Financial Group Holds Reemployment Fair for Middle-Aged Job Creation in Gwangju

Hana Financial Group announced on the 23rd that it held the reemployment fair "2nd Hana JOB Matching Festa" to create jobs for the middle-aged and senior population at the Kim Dae-jung Convention Center in Gwangju Metropolitan City.

The Hana JOB Matching Festa is a job fair organized by Hana Financial Group to provide job information and reemployment opportunities for experienced middle-aged and senior talents preparing for their second life. It started last month in Sejong Special Self-Governing City and is being held this month in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Seoul, continuing across a total of 10 sessions in 9 regions nationwide.

This fair saw participation from 49 companies located in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeonnam region, recruiting for various positions such as research and development, sales management, production management, marketing, and finance. Among them, 15 companies conducted one-on-one interviews and hiring at the 'On-site Interview Booth' set up within the fair venue.

Hana Financial Group announced that on the 22nd, it held the '2nd Hana JOB Matching Festa,' a reemployment fair for creating jobs for the middle-aged and seniors, at the Kim Dae-jung Convention Center in Gwangju Metropolitan City.

Various booths and side events supporting middle-aged and senior individuals dreaming of reemployment were held, including the 'Coaching Consultation Booth' where attendees could receive resume and interview coaching, the 'Job Experience Center' where they could directly experience new job roles, profile photography, personal color image making, and employment tarot card readings.

A representative from Hana Financial Group's ESG Planning Team said, "We hope that middle-aged and senior individuals preparing for their second life after retirement will receive great help through the nationwide fairs," adding, "We will continue to provide quality programs that connect middle-aged and senior residents in rural areas with limited employment opportunities and local companies struggling with labor shortages."

The 3rd Hana JOB Matching Festa is scheduled to be held on August 29th at the SBA Hall on the 2nd floor of the Seoul Business Agency. Customers wishing to participate can pre-register on the Hana Financial Group 'Hana Power On' website by the 29th.
