'Pet Healing Camp' to be Held at Gungpyeong Port, Hwaseong on the 24th

The Gyeonggi Welfare Foundation Gyeonggi Youth Support Project Group, in collaboration with the youth community 'With Us Cooperative,' will hold a special summer night event with pets, 'Healing in Gungpyeong,' on the 24th at Gungpyeonghang Recreation Area in Hwaseong City.

Gyeonggi Province is hosting a healing camp with pets.

The Gyeonggi Welfare Foundation's Gyeonggi Youth Support Project Group announced on the 23rd that, together with the youth community 'With Us Cooperative,' they will hold a special summer night event with pets called 'Healing in Gungpyeong' on the 24th at Gungpyeonghang Recreation Area in Hwaseong City.

With Us Cooperative is an organization selected for the '2024 Gyeonggi Province Youth Community Activity Support Project.' Gyeonggi Province started this youth community activity support project this year to discover youth communities, activate local community activities, and strengthen the social capabilities of young people.

This event was prepared to spread a healthy pet culture and raise awareness of the importance of pet welfare. The main event programs include pet first aid and practice conducted by the Department of Pet Health Care at Yeonsung University, and a classical performance by the Art in Society team.

Sponsored by Pubsi X Bungae Order, a snack truck will also operate where attendees can enjoy snacks through voluntary donations. All donation proceeds will be donated to a shelter for abandoned dogs.
