Trend International Introduces Italian and Chilean Wines
Asia Economy will hold the '2024 Global Wine & Food Trip' at Sebitseom Floating Island in Seocho-gu, Seoul, for two days starting from the 23rd. Now in its third year, the Global Wine & Food Trip will feature major domestic wine importers and food companies, providing an opportunity to taste various regional wines and enjoy food pairings.
Trend International will introduce Italian and Chilean red and white wines at this event. Notably, there is the 'Fontella Chianti Organic' from Casa Girelli winery in Tuscany, Italy. This red wine is made from 100% Sangiovese, the main grape variety of the region, and is characterized by a harmonious aroma of red berries, blueberries, and violets, offering a fragrant, smooth taste with a long finish.

The white wine Inzolia, produced by Cusumano winery on Sicily Island, Italy, uses 100% of the local indigenous grape variety Inzolia. It is a product with excellent acidity, rich fruit juice sensation, and balance.

The Bouchon Reserva Carmenere & Syrah from the famous Maule Valley in Chile is a red wine combining the country's representative Carmenere grape and Syrah in a 6:4 ratio. It has a dark and deep purple color with aromas of fresh fruit and dark chocolate, combined with spicy notes like black pepper and bell pepper. It has a good body and pairs well with meat, vegetables, and spicy foods.
