No Human Casualties Reported
At around 2:24 PM on the 22nd, a fire broke out at a waste sorting site in Jongno-gu, Seoul, causing about 300 citizens to evacuate.
According to the Jongno Fire Station, the fire occurred at a waste sorting site in an eight-story building in Jongno-gu. About 300 citizens evacuated due to the fire, but fortunately, there were no casualties.
The fire authorities responded to the report and completely extinguished the fire by around 3 PM, about 30 minutes after the call.
The fire authorities are currently investigating the cause of the fire and the extent of the damage.
