On the 21st, cellist A appeared as a witness in a damages lawsuit filed by Han Dong-hoon, the leader of the People Power Party, at the Seoul Central District Court Civil Division 14 (Presiding Judge Jeong Ha-jeong) and made this statement.

At the hearing, he stated, "I have never seen those people in person since I was born," emphasizing that President Yoon Seok-yeol and Representative Han were not at the Cheongdam-dong bar on July 19-20, 2022, which is the core of the suspicion.

He also claimed that a lie he told to his ex-boyfriend was reported out of revenge by the ex-boyfriend. He added, "I think my ex-boyfriend knew exactly that what I said was false."

He said, "I told such a big lie because I came home late at that time," adding, "I did not expect the lie to grow this big, but I think it was wrong, and I feel sorry for causing harm to a public figure."

Regarding former Democratic Party lawmaker Kim Eui-gyeom playing his voice related to the suspicion at the National Assembly audit in October 2022, he testified, "I never agreed to the voice playback nor have I ever been contacted to verify its authenticity until now." He also said that former The TamSa CEO Kang Jin-gu contacted him offering to prevent various lawsuits and support financial issues and attorney fees, and that he filed a complaint against them with the police on charges including attempted coercion.
