"Expectations for Sharing Donation Awareness and Spreading a Culture of Giving"
On the 21st, the four companies in the Lotte Chemical Group (Chemical, Precision Chemical, Aluminum, Energy Materials) announced the official launch of 'GiveOn,' the first joint donation platform for employees in the chemical group within Lotte Group.

GiveOn is a new donation platform that integrates the socially responsible donation programs previously operated separately by each company into a joint donation system involving employee participation. It is accessible via both PC and mobile, allowing convenient participation in donations. A one-stop donation process has been established, enabling users to apply for various campaigns and check activity records beyond just donations.
Additionally, compared to existing programs, GiveOn diversifies donation destinations and introduces a donation choice system that allows employees to select the donation content they desire, encouraging voluntary participation in donations.
Lee Hoon-ki, the General Representative of Lotte Chemical Group, said, "The introduction of this new donation platform is expected to greatly contribute to enhancing the transparency and efficiency of social contribution activities," adding, "We plan to develop it into an ESG platform through phased expansion so that companies and society can achieve sustainable growth together."
Meanwhile, Lotte Chemical Group continues to operate existing employee donation systems such as the 'Matching Grant System' (where the company matches employee donations 1:1 to raise funds), 'Regular Salary Donation,' and 'Salary Rounding Donation.'
