A man was caught by the police for secretly filming a woman wearing a school uniform at an amusement park.

On the 18th, YouTuber 'Gambbangindoja' uploaded a video titled "Using an amusement park map for this purpose? It wasn’t made for that" on his YouTube channel. In the video, he revealed that he caught a man, identified as Mr. A, who was illegally filming at an amusement park in Songpa-gu, Seoul.

According to the YouTuber, Mr. A mainly targeted women wearing school uniforms. He pretended to hold a bag strap or look at the amusement park map while using his phone camera to film the bodies of women sitting on benches.

Upon discovering this, the YouTuber approached Mr. A and checked his phone. Mr. A said, "I will call the police. I didn’t do any illegal filming. Why are you doing this? I really didn’t film," and then tried to forcibly take the YouTuber’s camera.

When the YouTuber said, "I’m going to record evidence and send it to the women, youth, and investigators," Mr. A responded with profanity, saying, "Isn’t this too much?"

After a long struggle, Mr. A tried to persuade the YouTuber by saying, "Let’s talk once in the restroom." He then begged not to report to the police, saying, "I’m going to die. My life is over. Please just look the other way once. I’ll do whatever you say. I’m sorry. I’ll give you 1 million won. I did it because I had nowhere to relieve my sexual urges," threatening the YouTuber.

He also protested, "What right do you have to catch me?" The YouTuber replied, "Even ordinary citizens can arrest someone caught in the act," and added, "It seems like you’re trying to find something to pin on me, but I have nothing to hide."

The police who arrived at the scene after the YouTuber’s report found numerous illegally filmed videos on Mr. A’s phone. The police arrested Mr. A on the spot on charges of violating the Sexual Violence Punishment Act (filming using a camera, etc.). Mr. A covered his face and sat down in despair.

The YouTuber said, "If someone saw him, they would think he lost his country. Even when the police told him to stand up, he didn’t and was stunned for a while before being taken away."

Netizens reacted to the video with comments such as "Did someone who knows their life is over really do that?", "One illegal filming and straight to jail. Pathetic," "Glad it’s not someone close to me," "Having nowhere to relieve sexual urges? That’s no excuse," "Creepy that he only filmed school uniforms," and "Support to the YouTuber."
