Lotte Construction to Launch 'Cheongdam Le El' for Sale in September

Exclusive 149 Units for General Sale, 59~84㎡

Lotte Construction will launch sales of 'Cheongdam Le-EL' along the Han River in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul next month.

Cheongdam Le-EL is being developed by reconstructing the Cheongdam Samik Apartment located at 134-18 Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It will consist of 9 buildings with 4 basement floors and up to 35 floors above ground, totaling 1,261 households with exclusive areas ranging from 49 to 218㎡. The general sale units are 149 households with exclusive areas between 59 and 84㎡.

The number of units by type is △59㎡A 34 units △59㎡B 39 units △84㎡A 25 units △84㎡B 38 units △84㎡C 13 units. Move-in is scheduled for November 2025.

Le-EL is Lotte Construction’s high-end residential brand launched in 2019. It combines ‘LE,’ an abbreviation for Limited Edition, and the suffix ‘EL,’ which is used as a symbol in Lotte’s top-tier hotel brand Signiel, and Lotte Department Store’s luxury hall AvenueL.

Lotte Construction applies the know-how and technology gained from constructing premium residential spaces such as Signiel and Nine One Hannam to Le-EL.

A sales official said, "Living up to its reputation as a high-end brand, ‘Banpo Le-EL,’ ‘Shinbanpo Le-EL,’ and ‘Daechi Le-EL’ have established themselves as regional landmarks with luxurious lifestyles and excellent product quality. We plan to develop 'Cheongdam Le-EL' as a top-tier complex as well."

Cheongdam Le-EL boasts one of the best residential environments even within Gangnam’s Cheongdam-dong. It is an ultra-station area within walking distance of Cheongdam Station on Subway Line 7 and is also close to Bongeunsa Station on Line 9. The Wirye-Sinsa Line is planned for Cheongdam Station, and the GTX-A Line is scheduled to open at nearby Samsung Station in 2028.
