Seoul Jung-gu to Operate Small Business Startup Academy on July 9-10 Seoul Jung-gu Office building.

Jung-gu, Seoul will operate a Startup Academy for prospective entrepreneurs this September. The training is targeted at 30 individuals, including prospective entrepreneurs, small business owners, and business operators considering a change of industry.


The training program is operated by the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation. Startup experts will serve as instructors and provide detailed guidance on △how to utilize startup funds and guarantee support systems △commercial district location analysis △business plan writing △online marketing △startup taxation △labor and employee management.


Those wishing to participate in the Startup Academy can apply starting from the 19th on the Seoul Metropolitan Small Business Academy website. The district plans to select participants on a first-come, first-served basis, giving priority to Jung-gu residents or business operators in Jung-gu.


The training will be held over two days, September 9-10, for a total of 12 hours at the auditorium on the 3rd floor of the Saerom Waste Research Institute (52-gil 12, Toegye-ro). Upon completing the Startup Academy course, participants can receive startup funds of up to 50 million KRW through the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation’s startup fund guarantee support system.
