S-OIL Delivers ESG Management Message in New TV Commercial

Ongoing ESG Initiatives: Reusable Fueling Glove Campaign and Use of Electronic Receipts

S-OIL (CEO: Anwar Al Hejazi) began airing its "GooDoil Can Do it" Season 2 commercial, which features a new worldview and vision with the keyword "the power of creative energy," starting from July 31.

S-OIL's new commercial, with its stylish pop art and a new pop-rock genre CM song, is receiving positive responses not only from existing customers but also from the younger MZ generation.


The green frame in the TV commercial is connected to S-OIL's gas station signage (signboard design), naturally evoking an eco-friendly image. Scenes of GooDoil energetically moving across the frames vividly showcase S-OIL's creativity and innovative thinking.


This S-OIL commercial not only follows trendy formats but also delivers a public interest message for practicing ESG management in its content.


In addition to the TV commercial, S-OIL is spreading messages about environmental efforts through viral videos that address issues such as single-use plastic gloves discarded after use at self-service gas stations and the use of paper receipts related to carbon emissions.


S-OIL is also running the "GoodLoves (Good + Gloves) Campaign" until August 31, where single-use plastic gloves discarded at self-service gas stations are upcycled into reusable fueling gloves.


Additionally, S-OIL is releasing a viral video encouraging the use of electronic receipts via the MY S-OIL APP instead of paper receipts to reduce carbon emissions. S-OIL plans to release a 2D animation of a family's comical travel story in the viral video "GooDoil's Extremely Eco-Friendly Journey" on S-OIL's YouTube channel in late August.


An S-OIL representative said, "We will continue to discover new ideas to practice environmental protection in daily life, and we hope this will widely spread the company's sincerity and commitment to ESG management."
