IMarketAmerica (IMA), the US subsidiary of iMarketKorea, announced on the 13th that the comprehensive development plan for the complex advanced industrial park in Taylor, Texas, received final approval from the Taylor City Council on the 8th local time.
This approval signifies that the legal foundation for establishing the advanced industrial complex has been secured, and it is known that a comprehensive preliminary review was conducted regarding consistency with Taylor's mid- to long-term urban development plans and the potential contribution to community growth. Accordingly, IMA plans to complete the remaining permits, including detailed development plans and building permits, within this year to begin construction in 2025.
Kim In-cheol, Executive Director of IMA, stated, "The approval of this comprehensive development plan marks the official start of the advanced industrial complex project," adding, "As we have confirmed ongoing mutual cooperation with the Taylor city authorities, the industrial complex will provide added value with a new paradigm of advanced industrial facilities, including various manufacturing and production facilities, research and development (R&D) centers, logistics warehouses, and other convenience facilities necessary for domestic and international advanced industry companies."
IMA's comprehensive development plan for the complex advanced industrial park (Gradiant Technology Park) had unanimously passed the public hearing hosted by the Taylor Planning & Zoning Commission last month.
