GS Construction Consortium to Launch 'Bucheon Aterazai' Sales Next Month

20-Story, 2 Buildings, 200 Households
Small Units of 50·59㎡ Exclusive Area

The GS Construction consortium announced on the 13th that it will launch sales for 'Bucheon Aterazai' in Gyeonggi-do next month.

This complex, jointly built by GS Construction and Kumho Construction, is located in 68-4, Goean-dong, Sosa-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi Province. It consists of two buildings with 200 households in total, ranging from basement level 2 to ground level 20. The units are mainly small-sized, with exclusive areas of 50 and 59 square meters.


The Bucheon Goean Public Housing District, where Bucheon Aterazai is located, faces the Hang-dong District in Seoul and is close to the Ok-gil District, known as a new affluent area in Bucheon. Residents can enjoy various living infrastructures in Hang-dong District and Bucheon’s original downtown area. Yangji Elementary School is located directly opposite the complex.


The Blue Arboretum, Seoul’s first public arboretum, and Goean Sports Park are also within walking distance. Nearby, there is Yeokgok Station on Line 1, and major road networks such as Gyeongin-ro and the Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway are close by. Homeplus, CGV, Yeokgok South Market, Starfield, and Bucheon St. Mary’s Hospital are also conveniently accessible.


The GS Construction consortium will apply a 3-4 bay slab-type cross-ventilation structure to some unit types in this complex. This design enhances natural lighting and ventilation. The layout also includes a multipurpose space in Bedroom 2, which can be used as a bedroom, dressing room, or study, and an 'L'-shaped kitchen connected to the utility room for efficient kitchen flow.


Applications for subscription are open to first-priority applicants who are heads of households or household members without a home or with one home, residing in Bucheon or the metropolitan area, with a subscription savings account held for more than one year, and who meet the deposit criteria by area and size. The sale price is expected to be lower than the regional average due to the application of the price ceiling system.


A GS Construction sales official said, "This complex is located in a position where residents can enjoy both Bucheon and Seoul living areas," adding, "It will be supplied with the brand premium of Xi and Atera and a reasonable sale price under the price ceiling system."
