Seminar on AI Service Adoption in the Financial Industry
KOSCOM announced on the 13th that it will hold a seminar and an exhibition booth on AI service adoption strategies in the financial industry at the 'Korea Fintech Week 2024' event, which will take place for three days from the 27th of this month at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP), sharing directions for the adoption and development of artificial intelligence (AI) services.
At the KOSCOM exhibition booth, digital transformation services such as data platforms provided based on financial cloud and AI-based call and consultation systems will be introduced, and consultations on various support projects for fintech companies will also be conducted.
Through this event, KOSCOM plans to share analyses of AI service technologies and adoption cases currently underway in the financial industry, offering solutions to challenges financial companies face during the process of adopting AI technology.
Additionally, based on cases such as the digitalization of customer call consultations through AICC (AI Contact Center) and the construction of data platforms for customer experience analysis, KOSCOM will propose ways to build generative AI services that can utilize various language models in a multi-modal environment.
Furthermore, to foster a fintech innovation ecosystem, consultations will be held to encourage more fintech companies to participate in ongoing fintech support projects (financial cloud support project, D-Testbed project, fintech education project), and information on various cloud-based services will also be provided.

'Korea Fintech Week 2024' is a global fintech expo planned by the Financial Services Commission to promote innovation and growth in the fintech industry. Now in its sixth year, this year's event will be held from the 27th to the 29th of this month for three days at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) Art Hall and Conference Hall under the theme 'Opening the Future of Finance with Fintech and Artificial Intelligence.'
