A customer who received burnt chicken from a franchise chicken restaurant could not hide their astonishment at the owner's shameless attitude.

On the 11th, a post titled "I just ordered chicken. You need to admit when you're wrong" was uploaded to the self-employed community 'Apeunikka Sajangida' (Because It Hurts, I'm the Boss).

The author, Mr. A, received burnt chicken from a chicken restaurant that day. Mr. A immediately called the store and said, "The chicken is burnt," but the response was simply, "There is no problem with the chicken."

Mr. A explained the situation, saying, "The owner seemed to have received many calls like this before and said firmly, 'That's how it is. It was cooked according to the recipe.' When I asked if the oil was burnt, he replied in an irritated tone, 'The oil is three days old; that can't be the case.' I thought arguing further would only lead to a fight, so I said okay and hung up."

He continued, "I looked at the reviews of that store, and the other chickens looked very different from the one I received. So I called the ordering platform to complain, and after they checked the photos I sent, they called the owner. However, the owner repeated the same words I had heard, and eventually, the platform canceled my order."

Mr. A concluded, "As a fellow self-employed person, I believe that wrong is wrong, so I'm leaving this post. We shouldn't disgrace other diligent and proud owners of the same brand."

Netizens left various comments on the story, such as "Is this briquette or chicken?", "I'm scared that all chicken restaurants will be criticized because of this," "Where is it 'originally like that'? That's really shameless," "Eating that might cause you to lose a tooth," and "I'm curious which franchise it is."
