60th Anniversary of Industrial Complex 'G-Valley Smart Marathon'
The Seoul Regional Headquarters of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation announced on the 12th that it will hold the G-Valley Smart Marathon in collaboration with the Korea Industrial Complex Business Association Seoul (KIBA Seoul), Guro-gu, and Geumcheon-gu.
The event will take place on Tuesday, September 3rd, starting from the 8th floor plaza of Daeryung Post Tower in Guro-gu and continuing to the Seoul Digital Stadium in Geumcheon-gu. To commemorate the 60th anniversary of the industrial complex this year, the course is planned to cover approximately 3.5 km across the entire Seoul Digital National Industrial Complex 1st, 2nd, and 3rd districts.
This event is solely hosted by KIBA Seoul and supported by the Seoul Regional Headquarters of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, Guro-gu, and Geumcheon-gu. There will also be unique and diverse corporate promotions, such as participants affiliated with G-Valley resident companies running while displaying QR codes to promote their products and services.
Anyone, including G-Valley entrepreneurs, workers, and local residents, can participate in this event free of charge. Applications can be made through the QR codes displayed on the Smart Marathon event website or event posters.
Kim Seong-gi, head of the Seoul Regional Headquarters of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, said, “The purpose of this G-Valley Smart Marathon is for companies, workers, and citizens to run side by side through the G-Valley site and reflect together on the footsteps of the industrial complex, which holds the miracle of 60 years of growth.”
