"Automatically Manage Your Profitability"
Kiwoom Securities announced on the 12th that it will sell the 'Kiwoom K-Semiconductor ETF Smart Investor' target conversion fund, which makes installment purchases of domestic semiconductor sector exchange-traded funds (ETFs) depending on the stock market situation, until the 14th.
Kiwoom Securities is selling the 'Kiwoom K-Semiconductor ETF Smart Investor' target conversion-type fund, which makes phased purchases of domestic semiconductor sector exchange-traded funds (ETFs) according to stock market conditions, until the 14th.
Recently, as stock market volatility has increased, target conversion funds that pursue relatively stable returns have attracted the interest of investors in the public fund market. A target conversion fund raises capital over a set period, establishes the fund, and then either terminates the fund or converts it according to a predetermined structure once a certain return (target) is achieved.
This fund, launched by Kiwoom Asset Management, uses a stock-type ETF Smart Investor (installment purchase) strategy investing in K-semiconductor companies to automatically manage returns according to the achievement range.
When a 4% return is achieved, the fund automatically resets the stock-type ETF to its initial proportion (30%). Upon reaching the target return of 8%, it automatically converts to a bond-reinvestment type, primarily investing in short-term bonds.
The target conversion fund will be sold until 1 PM on the 14th, and can be traded if you have a Kiwoom Securities brokerage ISA account or a comprehensive account (an account capable of trading beneficiary certificates).
