Hanyang announced on the 12th that it will be offering the residential officetel "Eco City Hanyang Sujain The Destin" in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do this month.

The Eco City Hanyang Sujain The Destin officetel will be developed in Jeonju Eco City Residential-Commercial Block 3, consisting of 2 buildings with 126 units, ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 48 floors above ground (officetel units located from the 3rd to the 45th floor of Building 102). The units come in exclusive areas of 84㎡OA, OB, and OC, all featuring a layout with a living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Residents can also enjoy community facilities such as a fitness center, golf course, and a small library.

Eco City, where Eco City Hanyang Sujain The Destin is located, is a residential land development area with excellent living conditions and has been a highly preferred residential area for Jeonju citizens since apartment move-ins began in 2017. In particular, Eco City Hanyang Sujain The Destin enjoys locational advantages as it is situated in the center of Eco City. Meanwhile, the Eco City Hanyang Sujain The Destin apartment attracted over 10,000 applicants during its sale, recording the highest competition rate in Eco City history (85 to 1 for general supply, based on subscription time).
