On the 8th at 11 a.m., Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, attended the 'Nowon District Office Workplace Daycare Playground Remodeling Opening Ceremony.'
The district started construction in November last year to improve the outdoor playground facilities due to the aging play equipment at the Nowon District Office Workplace Daycare, completed the construction in July this year, and held the opening ceremony.
The main improvements include ▲replacement of play equipment such as slides ▲resurfacing of the ground.
The completion ceremony was held with about 50 attendees, including Mayor Oh Seung-rok, district council members, the head of Nowon District Childcare Support Center, daycare directors, as well as infants and parents from the daycare. The event proceeded in the order of opening, introduction of guests, greetings, ribbon-cutting, commemorative photo, and rounding.
Mayor Oh Seung-rok said, "I hope our children can spend time safely and happily in the newly renovated playground," and added, "We will continue to spare no support so that children can grow up happily and healthily."
