The Children's Library in Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, will hold a special lecture titled "Picture Book Stories with Teacher Lee Eok-bae" on the 8th of next month at the Eoullimteo on the first floor of the Children's Library.
Author Lee Eok-bae is well known for his traditional and heartfelt folk painting style. His representative works include "Soli's Chuseok Story," "The Strongest Rooster in the World," and "When Spring Comes to the Demilitarized Zone."
The lecture is designed for children aged 7 to 4th grade in elementary school and will focus on "Soli's Chuseok Story," featuring the author's picture book stories and programs such as making peace flags.
Applications for the course will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 10 a.m. on the 20th through the "Icheon-si Integrated Library" website. For more details, please contact the Icheon City Library or the Children's Library team.
