Hana Bank Opens 'Yeongeum The Dream Lounge Bundang'

Hana Bank announced on the 7th that it opened the 'Pension The Dream Lounge Bundang,' a specialized face-to-face consultation channel for pension VIP customers, on the afternoon of the 6th at the Bundang PB Center branch located in Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.


Hana Bank began installing Pension The Dream Lounges at five locations nationwide, including Seoul, Busan, Daegu, and Gwangju, starting last year. Following the establishment of a new lounge in Yeouido, Seoul, in February this year, the bank selected Bundang?a region with high customer accessibility and relatively strong interest in pension asset management?to open the 'Pension The Dream Lounge' at the Bundang PB Center branch.


This Bundang branch is expected to serve as a key consultation center for the southern Gyeonggi-do area by deploying pension-specialized tax accountants to provide expert services.


The Pension The Dream Lounge is a specialized consultation channel offering one-on-one customized solutions, including comprehensive pension asset consulting, pre- and post-retirement financial planning, and tax consultation on methods such as tax savings, targeting individual customers holding personal retirement pensions (IRP) or defined contribution plans (DC) worth 100 million KRW or more. Regular retirement asset management seminars for high-value pension asset holders are also conducted.


Hana Bank is running the 'You Can't Help But Pension Now' event for retirement pension customers during the summer vacation season, which will continue until September 30. Customers who meet one of the following three conditions?new IRP registration or automatic transfer of 100,000 KRW or more, initial selection or change of default option, or opting in to the default option?and click to participate in the event on Hana OneQ will be entered into a draw to receive up to 300,000 Hana Money.


A representative from Hana Bank’s Pension Business Division stated, “Since retirement pensions are important assets responsible for the latter half of life after retirement, we are expanding the 'Pension The Dream Lounge' to ensure systematic management. We plan to increase touchpoints through various channels so that more customers can receive Hana Bank’s differentiated pension management services.”


To support easy pension asset management for pension customers, Hana Bank provides mobile Pension Doctor services and artificial intelligence (AI) pension investment solutions through non-face-to-face channels. For customers who find pension management difficult, the bank operates a specialized telephone consultation channel called the ‘Pension Customer Management Center’ and offers ‘visiting consultation services’ by pension-specialized consultants, striving to manage retirement pension returns effectively.
