Improving Teamwork, Physical Fitness, and Health Management
Cho Myungrae, the 2nd Deputy Mayor of Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam, delivered a talent donation special lecture on the morning of the 7th at Namhae-gun National Sports Center to about 40 people, including the Changwon FC team who are on off-season training, and related officials.

The lecture, held under the theme "The Path Changwon FC Should Take for Victory," aimed to improve teamwork and enhance players' capabilities. Especially meaningful was Deputy Mayor Cho, who holds both a Ph.D. in Law and a Ph.D. in Korean Medicine, volunteering as a talent donation lecturer to provide useful information for improving players' physical strength, health management, and organizational skills.
Deputy Mayor Cho shared Changwon FC's vision of "a club that grows together with citizens" with the team. He asked what each member of the Changwon FC squad should do to become a club that grows with citizens and is loved by them, and encouraged the sharing of various opinions.
He also emphasized the importance of goal setting and sharing, forming an organization based on trust and understanding, and maintaining positive team communication to strengthen teamwork. In addition, he shared useful self-management tips for players such as physical and health management, injury prevention, and the impact of a positive attitude.
After the lecture, as he shook hands with the players, he said, "I hope you stay injury-free for the rest of the training period and confidently display your full abilities."
Changwon FC captain Lee Hyunseong said, "Having the Deputy Mayor personally give us a special lecture was a huge motivation. In the second half of the season, I will do my best to communicate well with my teammates and show good results through the best teamwork."
