Keycutstock Enhances AI Features to Improve User Convenience

Content AI solution company 4BY4 announced on the 6th that its high-definition video and image stock platform, KEYCUTstock, has introduced various AI features to maximize user convenience.

KEYCUTstock has newly implemented the 'natural language sentence search' function and the 'image quality enhancement AI tool.' The natural language sentence search function utilizes a large language model (LLM) capable of understanding context and handling polysemy to prevent irrelevant search results. It provides search results that accurately reflect user intent, enhancing ease of use.

Most stock platforms basically show search results through keyword matching of registered images and videos. This search method does not consider the context between keywords and shows all results containing each keyword, which inevitably reduces the precision and accuracy of the search. For example, when searching for a video of a "cat playing with a toy" by entering keywords like "toy" and "cat," unrelated results such as "fish-shaped toy" or "cat character toy" get mixed in the search results.

The natural language sentence search function extracts descriptions of images and videos in sentence form through an AI-based image captioning process, allowing users to search with context-including sentences like "cat playing with a toy" and find accurate results. With this more sophisticated search function, platform users are expected to quickly and conveniently find the specific images or videos they want.

The AI tool function enables users to quickly enhance resolution or remove noise from videos and images purchased within the platform. If the desired stock video or image does not exist in the required quality specification, users can purchase the stock and then use this function to upgrade it to ultra-high definition, increasing convenience and greatly expanding user options.

This is provided through the KEYCUTstock platform by offering some features of 4BY4’s proprietary image quality improvement AI solution, Pixell. Users can apply two effects: resolution enhancement and noise removal. By sending purchased stock videos and images via email to the AI center, users can receive improved results at no additional cost.
